The Global Leadership MBA strives to instill a new business attitude in
our students, creating leaders who are skilled, balanced and who have
vision with integrity. Corporations today need to master a business world
of constant changes and of new challenges. Current critical challenges
for success include vision, globalization, adaptability, technologies,
leadership and ethics. And while traditional MBA programs mainly focus on
giving future leaders the best tools and techniques to tackle these
challenges, the acceleration of change leads to an increasingly urgent
need to reinforce all fields of human capability, including leadership and
ethical dimensions. The Global Leadership MBA teaches students to
understand the impact of new technologies and reinvent business practices.
We foster a balanced development of business skills, leadership mindset
and ethical behavior to improve the effectiveness of individual, team, and
corporate regions: The United States of America, Europe and Latin America.
The program begins the first four-month period in Latin America. The
second four-month period is taught in the USA and the third four-month
period is taught in Europe. A one week business study field trip to Asia
is optional. The Global Leadership MBA, focuses on the notion that
employees are the key to consistently balanced decision-making.
